Today Art Initiative launches the second edition of OASis, establishing a new creative and community-centered space in Yerevan following the first residency in Talin. OASis operates as a multidisciplinary platform across multiple spaces within the park, combining artistic creation, community engagement, education, and social activation.

This edition focuses on air pollution and air as a shared environmental condition — we invite artistic approaches engaging with air as material, atmosphere, or invisible presence. Final artworks will contribute to public discussions on environmental awareness and urban ecology.

We are looking for artists across a wide range of disciplines, including:

  • New media art

  • Installation art

  • Sound art

  • Bio art

  • Textile and material practices

  • Visual arts

Artists from any other discipline are equally welcome — we value multidisciplinarity and openness to practices capable of generating meaningful community impact.

Residency activities may include workshops, co-creation sessions, community-based projects, and public interventions. Applicants are encouraged to propose concrete ideas, with creative freedom to develop them further during the selection process.

What we offer

  • Artist fee of up to €1,300 (gross)

  • Free accommodation

  • Travel support up to €315

  • Full production support and coverage of production costs

Open to artists legally residing in Creative Europe participating countries. Collective applications are welcome — financial conditions are provided per selected project, not per participant.
